Pricing, Plans & Fair Use Policy

Velocity provides a unified cloud developer sandbox environment offering three distinct subscription tiers tailored to individual developers, power users, and enterprise organizations:

Base Compute & Storage Rates (Second-by-Second USD Metering)

Running containers consume compute strictly per second from your prepaid wallet balance or plan quota. When containers are stopped or hibernated, compute fees halt instantly and only persistent NVMe disk storage is charged.

Dedicated GPU Acceleration Catalog & Rates

Pro and Enterprise subscribers can attach dedicated NVIDIA GPU acceleration to any sandbox container with per-second billing:

Velocity utilizes high-precision micro-USD metering. Charges are calculated at 1-second intervals directly tied to container state transitions:

• Active Running State: When a container is booted (via Web IDE, terminal, API, or SSH), allocated vCPU cores, RAM gigabytes, and GPU accelerators incur second-by-second charges.
• Hibernated / Stopped State: When a developer stops a sandbox, compute processor threads and memory allocations are released to the fleet. Only the attached NVMe storage volume is retained and billed.
• Destroyed / Deleted State: When a sandbox is deleted, volume storage and container instance charges cease immediately with zero residual costs.

To maintain sub-second container startup times and prevent multi-tenant noisy neighbor degradation during global peak hours:

• Pro & Enterprise Priority Headroom: Pro and Enterprise accounts are allocated reserved capacity headroom. During heavy cluster traffic or peak developer hours, Pro/Enterprise sandbox startup and live spec resizing take immediate precedence over shared community workloads.
• Free Tier Dynamic Scheduling: Free sandboxes utilize shared community cluster pools. During rare extreme rush periods, Free sandbox admissions may experience brief queue delays or automated idle timeouts to protect active developer sessions.

Velocity reserves the right to introduce new subscription tiers, adjust pricing models, update resource allocations, or modify feature matrices as infrastructure technologies advance:

• Advance Price Notice: For any recurring subscription price increase or reduction in core plan limits affecting active paying customers, Velocity will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email and in-app dashboard alerts.
• Grandfathered Terms: Customers on prepaid annual commitments will maintain their contracted rates and terms until the expiration of their active annual billing term.
• Right of Cancellation: If any upcoming plan or price adjustment is unsatisfactory, customers retain the right to cancel or downgrade prior to the next billing date with zero penalty.

To safeguard our infrastructure, partner networks, and all platform users:

• Grounds for Suspension: Accounts engaging in prohibited actions—such as cryptocurrency mining, port scanning, unauthorized vulnerability probing, malware distribution, hypervisor escape attempts, payment fraud, or severe resource abuse—will be suspended or terminated immediately without prior warning.
• Sole and Final Refund Discretion: If an account is suspended or blocked due to security violations or terms of service breaches, Velocity reserves the sole, absolute, and unreviewable right to determine whether any prepaid balance, deposit, or subscription fee is eligible for refund or subject to full forfeiture.
• Appeals Process: Suspended users may formally appeal or challenge the suspension by submitting a ticket to support@fairarena.raiseaticket.com. While all appeals are reviewed by our trust & safety team, the final determination rests solely, exclusively, and definitively with Velocity and shall be final and binding.
• Protection of Security Detection Systems: To prevent the circumvention and reverse-engineering of our automated threat intelligence and anti-abuse safeguards, Velocity may or may not disclose the exact internal indicators, specific telemetry thresholds, or forensic details that triggered the enforcement action.

Velocity developer environments are designed for software engineering, compilation, testing, data science, and AI development. The following actions are strictly prohibited across all plans:

• Cryptocurrency mining, Proof-of-Work computation, or unauthorized distributed hashing.
• Port scanning, DDoS traffic generation, malicious network probing, or spoofing.
• Hosting malware, phishing infrastructure, command-and-control servers, or illicit proxy nodes.
• Attempting to compromise sandbox container isolation or host node hypervisors.
