Ask Velo relies on automated generative Artificial Intelligence models to assist you with workspace setup, hardware resource recommendations (CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU), configuration guidance, and development workflow optimizations.

AI-generated content is provided strictly for informational and navigational guidance on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Generative models may produce incorrect, incomplete, out-of-date, or misleading statements, configurations, or technical advice.

Mandatory Review Requirement: You must inspect and verify all specs, commands, code snippets, repository URLs, and system settings generated by Ask Velo prior to execution, deployment, or reliance. Velocity makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

Ask Velo features interactive controls and direct execution features—including single-click sandbox creation ("Spin Up"), resource reconfiguration, sandbox state toggles (Start / Stop), and automated navigation.

Agency & Authorization: By clicking action buttons, confirming recommendations, or prompting Ask Velo to perform operations, you grant explicit authorization for the chatbot to act on your behalf across your Velocity account and connected cloud resources.

User Responsibility & Financial Liability: You assume 100% legal, operational, and financial liability for any action taken or triggered by Ask Velo on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Compute charges, metered billing, GPU usage fees, and subscription charges resulting from sandboxes or hardware provisioned via Ask Velo.
• Loss of data, deletion of files, code corruption, or uncommitted work in sandboxes.
• Service disruptions, downtime, or security issues resulting from executing recommended configurations or scripts.
• Unintentional resource exhaustion or billing overages caused by auto-provisioned compute configurations.

Velocity, its operators, employees, and infrastructure providers are explicitly indemnified and held harmless from any losses, claims, costs, or damages arising out of chatbot-assisted operations.

To maintain service quality, detect system errors, monitor AI latency, prevent prompt injection, and improve performance, conversation metrics and interaction logs may be processed by specialized telemetry providers:

• LangSmith: Chat interactions, prompt sequences, system responses, latency traces, and error logs are stored by LangSmith exclusively for observability, analytics, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Tinybird & PostHog: Aggregate product analytics, usage event metadata, feature engagement metrics, and operational performance events may be processed using Tinybird and PostHog.

Strict No-Training Guarantee: Your prompts, chat histories, and interaction data collected by Velocity are stored strictly for operational analytics, debugging, and security monitoring. Velocity never sells your data, nor does Velocity use your conversation logs or source code to train AI models.

Under the hood, Ask Velo routes queries through OpenRouter as an API gateway to access third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).

Third-Party Terms:Requests transmitted to OpenRouter and downstream model vendors are subject to OpenRouter's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the respective policies of the model providers. Downstream LLM providers operate independently; their processing, retention, and security practices are subject to their own governing terms.

Users are prohibited from attempting prompt injection, jailbreaking, extraction of internal system prompts, or exploiting the chatbot to bypass Velocity security boundaries, billing controls, or rate limits. System safety filters automatically monitor messages, and violations may result in immediate chat rate-limiting or account suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.
